Sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, the program recognizes outstanding US private companies.

Flexcon Global has been selected as a 2025 US Best Managed Company. Sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, the program recognizes outstanding US private companies.

The 2025 designees are US private companies that have demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and execution, a commitment to their people, as well as maintaining financial performance and governance. Designees drove their businesses forward while remaining dedicated to their people and their customers. Advanced technology, including AI took a center role for most of these companies, to create efficiencies and enhance product quality.

“Winning the 2025 US Best Managed Company award for the second year in a row is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire Flexcon team,” says Aimee Peacock, CEO, Flexcon Global. “Our commitment to global integration and strong branding has not only enhanced customer experiences but also strengthened our community bonds. In 2024, Flexcon contributed to over 65 organizations, including Girls on the Run of Central Massachusetts, EcoTarium, Veteran’s Inc., Girls Scouts of Central Massachusetts, Abby’s House, and many local schools, reflecting our deep-rooted belief in giving back.

“Our employees are the heart of our success, driving innovation and sustainability forward,” she adds. “Celebrating 50 years in Europe and launching our Sustainability Impact Report are milestones that highlight our collective achievements. Every Flexcon employee shares this honor, as their commitment, quality workmanship, and determination fuel our ongoing achievements and future growth.”

Applicants are evaluated and selected by a panel of external judges focused on assessing hallmarks of excellence in four key areas: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture and governance/financial performance. They join a global ecosystem of honorees from more than 44 countries recognized by the Best Managed Companies program.
